About the role:
What will you work on? You'll focus on developing robotic process solutions through Intelligent Automation tools, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), chatbots, and Computer Vision.
In this role, you'll have significant responsibility for developing, implementing, testing, documenting, managing, and making technology choices related to solution development.
What's expected of you as an Intelligent Automation Developer? You should think outside the box. As a team player, you're accustomed to collaborating on multiple projects. You're also capable of taking on responsibility and delivering projects independently. We value self-motivation and insights into developing automated solutions effectively (including technology selection and solution proposals). You're open-minded and curious about the future of technology/AI.

As an individual, you're structured, open-minded, focused, and proactive. We believe you possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, enjoy working in a cohesive team towards common goals, and want to develop alongside your colleagues.
The compnay is looking for someone with at least two years of experience in Intelligent Automation. This could be in RPA, LLMs, chatbots, Computer Vision, or NLP. You've worked with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate, experience with other RPA tools is a plus. You have experience and a good understanding of process diagrams and process development. You have a strong desire to learn and share knowledge - whether it's for clients or colleagues. You're an initiative-taking person who takes great responsibility for your work. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
